They visually inspect each delivery and report any concerning issues to the customer immediately. They will photograph your deliveries upon receipt and immediately notify you of the delivery and the availability of photos for your review.

Our turnaround time is 48 hours from the time our agents receive your items. After inspection and photos, they will process your return for forwarding right away based on your instructions. If you do not have your preferences preset, then they will wait until they hear from you before proceeding. The customer response time in that case will significantly affect that processing time. This is why we recommend setting up those Advanced Protocols so we are able to hold to that 48 hr goal time.

Every employee goes through an extensive vetting process including a comprehensive background check. Client confidentiality and protection of their personal data and assets is a main priority of our company. We do not share any personal or private information with any 3rd party unless it’s demanded under Court order.


If scanning of customer private documents is required, we take every precaution available to us to protect both the documents and the information contained within. Our scanning and content photographing are all performed in area that can only be accessed by limited personnel.

As soon as items are scanned and photographed, the items are returned to their original packaging and placed back in the pending area which is also monitored and secure. The images are sent to the customer account so they can be viewed. Every electronic communication we send and receive is protected by multiple layers of security to prevent unauthorized access.


Every member of our staff receives ongoing training and coaching in their respective fields.

Our agents received training in proper storing and handling, hazardous material protocols, equipment inspections, proactive methods to minimize asset loss, and confidentiality and privacy protocols. We believe that by identifying potential problems, we will be better equipped to act faster and minimize the impact on our customers and their business.
