Parcerly has several options within its service menu. These plans work for both individuals as well as businesses. If you do not see a plan that meets all of your needs, you simply need to call us and we will help with tailoring it so that it meets all your criteria for a comprehensive service. As previously mentioned, your package will be photographed and the pictures uploaded to your account for your personal viewing. Our agents will follow the protocols already in place or await further instructions prior to forwarding.

This address is yours to use as you see fit. You can use it for all mail that is sent to you or your business or just for package deliveries or just for correspondence.

Once we have your forwarding instructions, the package is quickly processed for reshipping and is typically on its way to you within 48 hours.


Access to your account is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is an internet connection and you can login to your account to pay invoices, change or upgrade services, or change your preferences and protocols.


Under normal circumstances, we never open customer mail or packages. Photographs are taken of the outer package or envelope and that is all.

Sometimes, customers request that we open a particular item to check the contents. It may be that the item is of a fragile nature and they want to ensure that no damage has occurred to it during shipping. It may be that they simply forgot what they had ordered and they would like us to verify the contents. Some customers would like to know the contents of particular correspondences so they know how to proceed.

If an item does require opening, we take care of that process in a special section of our facility with limited access to protect client privacy and security. Photographs or scans are made quickly and efficiently and then all items are returned and secured in their original packaging to await customer instructions.
