The Process

A large percentage of our Mail Forwarding clients live or do business outside of the U.S. This service gives them the freedom to shop at online retail sites that they did not previously have access to either due to shipping restrictions or costly shipping. Often these U.S. sites offer shoppers more value, better products and more variety. Customers love the fact that they can now take advantage of a whole host of sites that allow them better retail access while also allowing them to save money.

Once the customer places their order, they enter in the address we gave them and the order is shipped and delivered to our locations. We will take receipt of the packages and then forward them on to our customers. This service can be used even if the online site does ship internationally because our international shipping rates beat the retailer’s hands down.

We always suggest our customers check out our competitors to compare pricing and services to prove to them that is the best choice.

One of the other great features of this service is that you can allow your friends and family to use the address we give you so they can take advantage of the same great perks. Please keep in mind that carrier shipping regulations should always be followed. If you do allow additional individuals to use your account, then you should make sure you have a plan with sufficient “piece limits” to cover its increased use.

Businesses like the convenience because the service acts as a mail clerk processing all incoming correspondence and packages for less money than it would cost to hire someone in-house to do the same tasks.

Anyone using a mail forwarding service is required to complete a USPS 1583 form. This form gives us permission to serve as your registered mail agent and to process your mail. The direct link to the form is here. A copy can also be obtained at your local post office.

Note about payment methods: Payment methods (bank account, credit card, PayPal, etc.) must be in the same name as the account holder. 3rd party payments are not accepted.


Here’s an overview of what the process looks like when we receive a package on a customer’s behalf.

Our agents physically receive the packages and log them into our system so that customers can be notified of their arrival. The packages are inspected for any obvious damages and if anything is found, the customer is advised of the issue.

Customers can set up Advanced Protocols which leave standing instructions for our agents regarding how packages should be handled and where they should be forwarded. If these have not been set up, then the agent will wait on the customer to provide the instructions for that particular delivery. Advanced Protocols are highly recommended due to the time they save in addition to already having solutions at the ready in the event an issue or problem occurs. An action plan can be immediately instituted.

Preferences for shipping methods can be set at any time and can be changed as many times as needed. We will also hold packages for you if you have multiple expected deliveries so that we can send everything out at one time. This package consolidation saves you additional money.


Prior to packages being forwarded, they are inspected and the outer package is photographed and uploaded to your account for viewing. This way you can see for yourself it has arrived and from the mailing label you know who sent it.

All Customs forms must be completed by the client. We cannot fill out these forms on your behalf. However, we are available if you have any questions about the form and will certainly help in any way we can.
